Mrs. Roseberry is an Associate Professor for the South College undergraduate and Licensed Professional Students. She provides education and clinical laboratory instruction community health and women’s health in the physical assessment course. Formerly she was a Clinical Instructor for the Georgia State University College of Health and Human Sciences Byrdine F. Lewis School of Nursing (GSU) undergraduate and graduate nursing students. At GSU she provided education and clinical instruction community health and women’s health. She is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, with over 41 years of experience in nursing and Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN). She has practiced in many area hospitals as Charge Nurse and provided Advanced Practice Nursing care in the private and public health setting.
Mrs. Roseberry is the founder and CEO of Healing in His Wings, Inc.(HIHW) provides low cost holistic mobile health and health education services to teens and uninsured women. Founded in 2005, HIHW is dedicated to the healing of the minds, bodies and spirits of the women and families it, our mission is the eradication of disease and the promotion of healthy lifestyles through our holistic healthcare services. HIHW also conducts a bi-annual self-esteem and life skills conference for youth aged 13-19 entitled “Color Me Confident Youth Empowerment Summit”.
Mrs. Roseberry, She has received extensive training in abstinence education, raising healthy families, emotional and spiritual well-being, healthy relationships, postponing sexual involvement, parenting with intimacy, fetal monitoring, family planning, depression screening, and all aspects of OB/GYN care.
Mrs. Roseberry has conducted health-related workshops to various audiences, including incarcerated women, teens, and business groups. She is also a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), who served as a clinical expert in theory-based and research-based nursing within women’s health. She served as the health consultant on the Tracy Wells Show, TV 57 WATC. In addition, she hosted a weekly blog talk radio show entitled “Living Your Best Life Right Now!”. In 2009, she founded Healing for Your Life, inc. a non-profit organization of medical missionaries dedicated to providing, healing, wholeness, and salvation to all they serve.
Mrs. Roseberry also worked as a consultant with the Center for Black Women’s Wellness, where she served as the Wellness Coordinator from 2004 - 2009. As a member of the Center staff, she aligned with a team that shares/shared her personal mission, which is to improve the lives of women and their families. During her tenure with the Center for Black Women’s Wellness, Beverly received numerous awards for her work in the community. She has received awards from AmeriGroup, AstraZeneca, and Kaiser Permanente for her tireless work with low-income women of color.
She has been married to Greg Roseberry for twenty-seven years and they reside in Atlanta, Georgia. Together they have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
Tracy Y. Howard, an Atlanta native, has an extensive and successful 25-year tenure in the area of Social Work. Her education certainly lends to her experience and longevity in the field. She currently holds a bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University and The University of Georgia respectively. Tracy is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, an empowering organization of college-educated women dedicated to public service. Tracy’s passion for the field is further embodied through her company, Life Goes On Case Management Services, where she is CEO. Her company currently operates statewide and is one of the largest Case Management organizations in the area of Independent Care. Life Goes On is well sought after, as it provides quality care and services to individuals with physical, mental, and emotional challenges. The company currently serves approximately 140 clients.
Tracy is an encouragement to everyone that she meets. She has served her field well and poured into others in the field through mentoring. She encourages all people to embrace their purpose and live beyond the vicissitudes of life. Tracy believes that if we would somehow “blur” the lines of distinctiveness, and with intent, see ourselves in others, it would help us to better serve others. She strongly resists the divide of “Us and Them” but rather embraces the fact that “We are Them…”. Tracy also serves her community as a local Pastor at The Rock International Ministries yet pouring into the lives of others encouraging her congregation to embrace their purpose and once, they have been strengthened, strengthen and serve their brother or sister.
Ms. Lightfoot is a Board Certified & Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) who provides compassionate and holistic care. She has more than 19 years of successful leadership, which includes 14 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In addition to her responsibilities as a member of our Wellness Team, Ms. Lightfoot serves as a Nurse Practitioner for a Fortune 500 medical provider. Ms. Lightfoot is extremely confident in high-pressured situations, delivering thorough clinical judgment, and possesses an unwavering and sincere concern for patients while delivering the ultimate care experience. Benjil serves as a subject matter expert and educator on women’s health-related issues for various community outreach projects.
